We hired Derek to replace our breaker box and electricity with 200A service. Derek was polite, courteous and responded to all my questions quickly. During the time he was working at the house a water leak developed (due to a very old iron water pipe in the basement), and he called me right away and even cleaned up the pool of water in the basement.

He was timely and professional, and knew the Boston area very well.  He was honest and told me what

I own three properties that have all undergone renovation and Derek is the third electrician that I have worked with.  Derek is the only one that I have asked to come back for other projects after completing the work on his first contract.  He is a friendly and funny guy, has very fair prices, actually shows up when he says he will, finishes the job in *record time*, does quality work, and cleans up after himself.   As soon as I have the money for another real estate project, Derek is getting an email from me!  My only regret is that I didn’t find Derek earlier and wasted so much time and money on those other guys.
